Hopefully most people realize this on their own, but the examples below where people tried to get creative with getting numerical or associative (not both) keys in the result are rather pointless. See the pg_fetch_assoc() and pg_fetch_row() for the built in functions that do this automatically. It's generally a better idea to use one of these other functions unless you *need* to access fields by both collumn name *and* index. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.pg-fetch-array.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+52829 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+52829&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+52829&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+52829&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+52829&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+52829&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+52829&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
