note 53486 added to install.windows

Hello all. Well, I'm an experienced iis admin, but I tell you, I had a devil of a time getting it to run correctly. My issue was that I was trying to do everything via term services...use this link http://www.peterguy.com/php/install_IIS6.html to view some seriously interesting notes on this.
