I think this function should always be avoided! You should use variable function calls instead! The main reason for this is that calling our own defined function with this function always gives you 1 extra function call. Perhaps this does not seem to be a problem at once, but when you are continiously calling your own defined functions this way, it will expose your server to twice as many functions calls as actually needed, this will slo-o-o-o-o-w things down. @ your service! ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.call-user-func.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+53649 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53649&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53649&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53649&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53649&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53649&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+53649&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
