Setcookie converts the expiry date to format
Wdy, DD-Mon-YY HH:MM:SS GMT
instead of the specified
Wdy, DD-Mon-YYYY HH:MM:SS GMT
This causes problems with some browsers: e.g. Nokia 6230i web browser completely ignores cookies set
with 2-digit expiration year. Check this if you have problems getting Setcookie to work with your
browser.
