note 53762 added to function.imagejpeg

As has been pointed out already by arjini at gmail dot com 13-Sep-2004 01:20 "*Any* extra data sent along with the image will cause it to not display on other pages.". I wasted a couple of hours to realize that extra data was sent along with the image when my webhoster started to include some ad stuff. This is what got me. Just a thing to think of...
