It should be noted that in order to verify a signature successfully, SHA-1 must be used to digest the data before signing. If, for example, you are using Java to create a signature and you want to verify it in PHP, you must not use "MD5withRSA" or "SHA512withRSA" as the signature algorithm. Use "SHA1withRSA" or the like... ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.openssl-verify.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+53841 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53841&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53841&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53841&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53841&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+53841&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+53841&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
