If you get a password entry dialog (followed by a 401.5 error is you cancel it) when trying to
access a PHP file, please make sure that not only your PHP installation has the correct rights, but
ALSO your PHP testfile.
So, you'll need to make sure that your webserver user (usually IUSR_computername or similar)
has read rights for this file.
Took me quite some time to figure this (obvious) problem out... =:-O
