In response to "no at thanks dot com" and "cleong at organic dot com", I just
tested these same statements on my windows 2000 machine running PHP 4.3.1 and Apache 2 and here were
the results:
strcmp("Z", "AAA") = 1
strcmp("Z", "A") = 1
strcasecmp("Z", "AAA") = 25
strcasecmp("Z", "A") = 25
Three different results running on 3 (I assume) different configurations? Something is not right
here...
