Please any newbie reading this note note that configuring PHP for Apache, IIS etc. is pretty
complicated. If you are using your web-server to test your PHP scripts then you might opt out for
setting up a server on your own computer but instead you can use Xerver from http://javascript.nu/xerver/ and then install it then
configure it by typing http://127.0.0.1:32123/ or whatever it
may specify and the rest of the process is self explanatory.
Also try using Crimson Editor or such other editor rather than Notepad or such basic editors
