note 54451 added to install.windows.apache2

For the longest time Apache was reporting that it couldnt load php_mysql.dll. I played with the path and slashes and I couldn't figure what was wrong. However, just running the script in PHP worked fine. So I finally moved libmysql.dll to a directory in my path. And voila, it works.
