Here is another twist on the 'downloads work in other browsers but not in IE' issues
mentioned here.
Even after doing all the session_cache_limiter() and header() calls mentioned here and elsewhere, my
script would still refuse to work in IE. I had been typing it directly into the browser address bar.
When I made it into a link on a web page and clicked the link it worked.
