note 54682 added to ref.mysqli

I have a problem with PHP 5.0.4 and MySQL 4.1.17. I am using Windows XP Pro, and I have installed Apache 2.0.54 and it works great with PHP, the only problem is that PHP doesn't recognize de commands mysqli_connection or others with mysqli. I already copied de libmysql.dll file to c:\windows\system32, and in the php.ini file, I've uncommented the line extension=php-mysqli.dll, but it doesn't work. I really need any help please.
