Is there a way to divide text into columns using a PHP script, so that no matter how long the text block is, it is divided into blocks (div tags maybe?) with an exact number of lines in each? So that if this string is divided to 5 rows per column, with 9 chars in each row: xxx xxxxx xx xxxxxx xxx xxxxx xxx xx xxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxx x Would output something like this: [DIV 1] | [DIV 2] xxx xxxxx | xxxxx xx- xx xxxxxx | xx x xxx xxxxx | xxx xx x- | xxxx xxx | ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.wordwrap.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+54873 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+54873&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+54873&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+54873&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+54873&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: non-english -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+54873&report=yes&reason=non-english Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+54873&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+54873&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
