Simple Secure Database Access
In your /.htpasswds folder create this file named
db_connect.php
<?
mysql_connect("localhost",username, password);
?>
In your scripts, connect to MySQL with this line:
require ("/home/sitefolder/.htpasswds/db_connect.php");
