note 55024 added to function.xml-parser-create

Jump to the documentation for xml_parse() for some useful, robust, short solutions for turning an xml document into a multidimensional (DOM-like) array using its SAX-like api. This addresses the below problem with respect to parsing multiple occurences of elements with the same name.
