Kartik Borikar has given an ingenuous solution of the problem of checking if the browers acepts
cookies, that works intependently of any other technology other than HTML and PHP.
Still I find it a bit cumbersome for me. I have opted for asumming that the client has a JavaScript
enable browers, if it hasn't too bad, the website will not work properly, and no user will be
able to log in (encription functions use JavaScript).
The check for cookies is simple using Javascript:
<SCRIPT language="JavaScript">
<!--
document.cookie = "cookie_test=test";
if(!document.cookie ){
document.write("What ever HTML worning you may wont to put <? what ever PHP code you may
want to place here ?>");
}
-->
</SCRIPT>
