I thought I'd be clever and just change the path to c:/PHP/sapi/php4apache2.dll instead of
copying the file to the parent php directory and changing the path to c:/PHP/php4apache2.dll. Yeah,
no. Don't ask me why, it really doesn't make sense (at least as far as I can tell) but it
won't work.
