note 55314 deleted from install.windows.extensions by mazzanet

Note Submitter: bishop ---- Important cross-reference for PHP4 users who are scanning documentation, rather than reading every single line: "Note: In PHP 4, you should move all files located in the dll and sapi folders to the main folder (e.g. C:\php)." If you do not do this, some extensions will not load (because their support DLLs cannot be found).
