note 55328 added to tutorial.forms

Hey, whoever is in charge of maintaining this Web page: When I posted that link to my CGI login form, cliki required I split it in half to make it fit, so I broke it at the most natural place. But I have since found out that lots of people are clicking that first half of the link, to my whole cgi-bin directory, which is causing a security issue here.
