note 55338 added to install.unix.apache2

... uh.. I am compiling Apache for FC but... I tried to stop apache with apachectl stop but it gave me this "httpd (pid 24204?) not running" but the apache is still running and in http.pid says that runs with 24204 pid.. so I tried to kill -9 24204 but it said "-bash: kill: (24204) - No such process"... can somebody help?? if so, email me... and, forgot to tell..
