I am running Apache 2 on Win 9x. I start it from under Cygwin but unfortunately I have to manually
kill two Apache processes from the Task Manager if I want to finish Apache since the GUI app
included in the binary distribution crashes under Win 9x.I've searched for elegant command line
alternatives to finish Apache, but I've found no satisfactory solution. Other than that, it
works fine. I'm using PHP 5.1 Beta 3 on it.
