I installed the Windows PHP 5.0.4 installer version and now I am trying to uninstall it so I can
install the manual version.
When I run the Windows Uninstall App Wizard, the uninstall fails because "Could not open
INSTALL.LOG file"
how can I fix this? I didn't delete it.
