I forgot to include a buffer retreval line at the end of my while loop :( It should look like this:

$handle = fopen("some_file", "r");
$buffer = fgets($handle, 4096);
while (!feof($handle)) {
echo $buffer;
/* Do Usefull Stuff Here */
$buffer = fgets($handle, 4096);
}
?>
