I have run across what I think is a unique problem. I am using the session features of PHP on a
windowsIIs server. The session stays alive UNTIL and new browser window is opened.
The session is then destroyed. Dunno why. What makes this real special is if ,after the session is
destroyed, login to the site AGAIN.. All works fine and the session stays alive until I kill it.
This is how I am registering the users login
@session_start();
$_SESSION['sess_name']=$sess_name;
$_SESSION['sess_last_name']=$sess_last_name;
$_SESSION['sess_student_id']=$sess_student_id;
$_SESSION['security']=$security;
session_encode();
Simple... works on lots of other sites. Anyone have a solution.?
Thanks
