note 56158 added to ref.mysql

OBS! Are you trying to install MySQL under PHP5 and just can't get it to find the 'php_mysql.dll' even though you've tried all the tips here? Don't do the same mistake I did. I installed Apache, php5 and MySql WITHOUT restarting the computer since it didn't ask me to. I got the message about php_mysql.dll and tried everything I could think of with the php.ini and httpd.conf but nothing helped eventhough I always restarted the Apache-service.
