Actually, this is very useful for session management.
I store the a specific session id for a user in mysql. I have always wondered how to clear that
session id in the mysql database if the user doesn't logout but switches off his browser. You
could use this as error trapping-user switches off->the php script runs and deletes the session
for the user.
