note 56352 rejected from install.windows by nlopess

Note Submitter: ronald dot baldauf at chello dot at ---- Hi! i am running a server with win2003 and iis6. i have installed php 5.0.4. when i am running php in cgi-mode everything is running well but when i change to isapi mode i only get the error message: The specified procedure could not be found. i added a web server extension and copied the dlls and php.ini to the windows-directory,.... i found several installation guide and tried them but nothing worked. same error again. i checked the permissions and they look okay. i dont know why cgi is running and isapi not. what can be the problem???? please help!
