If you're using PHP with --with-magic_mime enabled and are unable to view PNG images, that is
because the "magic" file might not have the line added for it to recognize what is a PNG
image (we racked our brains out over this one)
Add the following to: /etc/httpd/conf/magic just below the GIF and JPG
entries:
#PNG Image Format
0 string \x89PNG image/png
And restart HTTPd.
