On using "old code".. Don't. Anything useful will have been kept current by its author, loved and maintained. If the extension is .php3, just delete it and google for something more recent, or better still, write it yourself! Seriously, it's not worth the headache of trying to convert old code to new, especially if you are yourself new to php. Unless it's just for fun, of course. It's probably full of bugs and bad habits, the last things you need at your tender stage! ;o) (or ps.. on a side note, never forget.. output buffering is your friend! ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/tutorial.oldcode.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+56697 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+56697&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+56697&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+56697&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+56697&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: non-english -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+56697&report=yes&reason=non-english Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+56697&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+56697&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
