I think there is a problem...
try this:

print ("Redirecting...");
sleep(5);
header('Location: http://www.google.co.jp');
?>
Or even this:
<?php
print ("Redirecting...");
sleep(5);
?>
Shouldn't it print "Redirecting..." and then sleep? With me it does it backwards....
it sleeps, and then prints...
