note 39559 deleted from ref.mcrypt by nlopess

Note Submitter: mp at ecetra dot com ---- i rebuilded php from sources today, the distribution was redhat el es 3. first i missed libltdl as mentioned in comment from groundzero, but the redhat has propably changed the rpm content, cause i needed libtool (libtool-lib was already installed, but was not enough). second '--disable-posix-threads' was not required: i am wondering why everybody ask for this, because i never used it and it always worked fine. kr, -misk
