note 57091 added to function.mysql-connect

The "Return Values" part of this manual section says "Returns a MySQL link identifier on success, or FALSE on failure." At first I thought that meant it would be string of the identifier, until I read other sections requiring it to be a resource. So I think it should be interpreted as "Returns _a_ _resource_ _representing_ a MySQL link identifier on success, or FALSE on failure."
