Note Submitter: ryan at grunt dot tv ---- Question. I have the following wsdl SOAP request structure: <soap:Envelope xmlns:xsi="..." xmlns:xsd="..." xmlns:soap="..."/> <soap:Header>...</soap:Header> <soap:Body> <SaveItem xmlns="..."> <ItemXml>xml</ItemXml> <PropertyView>string</PropertyView> </SaveItem> </soap:Body> </soap:Envelope> The 'ItemXML' element should contain a string representation of some XML. All pretty straight forward. However, when I execute the __soapCall function as shown below: $params = array("ItemXML"=>$xml,"PropertyView"=>"") $result = $this->soapclient->__soapCall($function, array("parameters"=>$params), null, $this->soapheaders); The soap request is not being constructed correctly, as is confirmed by the __getLastRequest function which returns the soap: <SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="..." xmlns:ns1="..."> <SOAP-ENV:Header>...</SOAP-ENV:Header> <SOAP-ENV:Body> <ns1:SaveItem> <ns1:ItemXml/> <ns1:PropertyView></ns1:PropertyView> </ns1:SaveItem> </SOAP-ENV:Body> </SOAP-ENV:Envelope> I print_r the $params array and I have a valid segment of XML. Why is the xml not being put into the ItemXml node correctly?
