Hello,
I want to have the time with any offset as below:
<?php
function ( $offset )
{
return strtotime(gmdate("M d Y H:i:s") + ($offset*60*60) );
}
?>
So I can use it now like this:
<?php
echo date('H',$myTime);
?>
But it doesn't works for me!!
Why?!
