note 57261 added to ref.mysql

As someone noted before, the file php_mysql.dll is MISSING from the windows msi installer. I had to spend 6 hours to undertand what is going on and of course I COULD N'T IMAGINE THAT A FILE COULD BE MISSING FROM THE DISTRIBUTION !!!! UNBELIEVABLE !!! i don't understand how this got away. also it could be very helpfull to hve a question about enabling myslq support during install since this is 95% of the cases. i don't understand why there is so much trouble on installing php5 + mysql on windows......
