note 57294 added to ref.pfpro

You know you all make this look easy.. I have the sdk, i have a great hosting system, but i cannot even get the cgitest.htm script to work properly. I am soo lost just at the level of pfpro script... where do I run this from. Is it an installer.. I dont have full access to my hosting account. Just my own folder in it. Is that a problem. I am just soo confused.. I have a prebuilt form and currently it is processing the info in php to email but i need some of that info to go to verisign..
