note 57435 added to faq

I had a problam with PHP. if i create a link in php for download file and send it to the mail for ex: http://----/asd.php?one=1 etc... If i open a mail in Mozzila if i directly click the link it will open the popup for download the file. and If my mail open in IE directly click to link it shows error ("Internet was unable to open internet site etc..) and if i try to right click the link and open that time it working correct. i want the solution for this.
