when installing php 4.4.0 on apache 1.3.33 (win32) in windows 95 operating system, please make sure
the "php.ini" file is located in "C:\windows\" directory, otherwise, apache
couldn't found it and thus cannot load your extension.
PHP requires ODBC support in your PC, if you couldn't see "32-bit ODBC" icon in your
Control Panel (windows 95 fresh install), you could download the following files from microsoft
site.
"Office 97 Service Release 2 ValuPack" (17.735 MB)

extract the downloaded file and install only DATAACC.EXE (4.69 MB)
