In my experiance atleast on an older version of php (php 4.0.4)pl the echo function to retreive
values from the resultset returned after applying mysql_fetch_row does not display any value. The
workaround has been to list few variables to the values in the result array and display it
individally or in a loop.
Echo $resultset[offser] does not work.
