Windows Note: some programms need a global variable to be set in your windows config eg.: TZ = GMT
if you do not have it time() will output the time of your system clock if it is set to somethig else
e.g.: TZ = GMT , php tells you your GMT time !!
-> system config -> system -> tab Advanced -> global variable
