note 57629 added to ref.session

---PHP SESSIONS NOT WORKING--- To add to the notes of vincent and fasteddie, I am working on winXP, apache and php. as well and encountered the same problem only with a small difference. There was one site that worked and one that did not. On closer examination it turned out that in the case of the working site the "session_start" was before the "doctype html" line and in the one not worken after. Ones changed all went well, NO changes to the ini file.
