Note Submitter: contact at progonline dot com ---- I have easyPHP on my computer, which is behind a firewall(the one of my students network). I tried to execute the following script : <? $handle = file_get_contents("http://www.progonline.com/"); ?> When executed, the script returns the following error: Warning: file_get_contents(http://www.progonline.com/): failed to open stream: Bad file descriptor in c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www\test.php on line 2 I do not understand this warning, since the adress is absolutely valid (it works when introduced in any internet browser). Can anyone help? Thank you.
