note 57757 added to install.windows

I've installed php 5.0.5 with the ISAPI module, as the isapi dll file (php5isapi.dll) resides in the php root directory, I didn't have trouble in my installation (In php4 this dll file is in sapi directory and it should be moved to php root directory). I changed some of my settings in php.ini file and restart IIS Web site,but my changes weren't applied. Then I go to Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services and restart the IIS Admin Service.
