Any know of any good (business driven) example of why you would want a case-sensitive alphabetic
sort anyway?
Surely most people generally want case-insensitive alphabetic sorting - and so that should be the
default behaviour?
Is it defaulting to case-sensitive purely because its more CPU efficient (but entirely useless to
end-users as far as I can tell).
