This documentation is not accurate with regards to PTS support. While it is in the code, it is
disabled by default.
If you want PTS support and use a pseudo-tty, you will have to edit
"ext/standard/proc_open.c" and change line #64 (version 5.0.5) which reads:
#if 0 && HAVE_PTSNAME && HA...
to
#if HAVE_PTSNAME && HA...
There is no configure option to change this.
