note 57999 added to ref.image

On Fedora Core 4 I did: # yum install php-gd and it seems like it installed ok. On the phpinfo page it still says --without-gd at the top but it also says GD Support enabled down in the gd section. That, by itself, is confusing. None of the gd functions work. I've restarted Apache and the whole machine since the yum install.
