note 58217 added to function.xml-parse

I'm trying to output an XML file that comes from a project I signed up for at http://uptimes.lp-musix.net/index.php but I cant seem to find anything that I can use to output it to my website. Im subpar/novice at php and I think it's beyond my expertise.
