In order to make the mysql and mysqli extensions work properly you have to put libmysql.dll in the
C:\WINDOWS\system folder. libmysql.dll lies in the root of the PHP-folder.
If you don't do this, you will get an error saying something like "PHP startup error:
unable to load dynamic library ..."
Just thought I'd mention it, it does not figure very clearly on this man page.
