note 58507 added to ref.pdo

I was having problems trying to connect my class to to my SQLite database and after a few hours googling, I found this: http://www.phpobjectgenerator.com It generated the classes for SQLite for me and after looking at the code I found out what I was doing wrong. (No PDO exception wasn't being thrown properly for some reason). Anyways, thought I might share.
