Error when loading php4apache2.dll module in Apache 2.0
Used system: Win98OSR2, Apache 2.0.55, PHP 4.4.1
Configuration of http.conf for the php module:
PHPIniDir "C:/php/"
LoadModule php4_module "C:\php\php4apache2.dll"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
If you are getting a syntax error in your configuration file, when starting the Apache 2.0 server it
might be because the file php4ts.dll is not in your windows\system directory (W98) or winnt\system32
(NT systems).
The error occurs in the "LoadModule" line and is something like this:
"Syntax error in line ...
Cannot load module ...php4apache2.dll into server: one or more library files needed to run this
module could not be found."
After I copied the file from the php directory to the windows\system directory and started Apache,
the php module began to work.
